Refund Policy
This policy is shown before payment so you can make an informed purchase.

Before your first photo check
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed a photo check. Submit the request through our protected support form using the email address used at checkout.
After the service has been used
Once a photo check has been completed, the digital service has been delivered and the purchase is normally final. We do not provide refunds simply because the purchaser needed to check only one person or changed their mind after using the service.
Problems and legal rights
We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, failed delivery that we cannot correct, and any refund required by applicable law. Contact us promptly through the protected support form.
What happens to access
Refunded access will be closed. A refund is returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
