About the service

Find The Fakes helps a user look for online pages containing the same or a visually similar photo. It provides research clues, not identity verification, a background check, or a guarantee of anyone’s intentions or safety.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and respecting the privacy and rights of other people.

Your access

A $19.99 USD purchase provides access for the purchasing email without a recurring subscription, subject to reasonable-use limits. “Lifetime access” means access for the commercial life of the Find The Fakes service; it does not guarantee that the service or any outside search provider will exist forever.

Access is for one purchaser and may not be resold, shared broadly, automated, scraped, or used to operate a competing service. We may pause unusually heavy activity to protect the service and contact you if legitimate personal use is affected.

Acceptable use

Do not use Find The Fakes to harass, stalk, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully monitor anyone. Do not upload illegal material or a photo you have no lawful right to use. Do not attempt to bypass security or usage controls.

Results and decisions

Results may be incomplete, incorrect, unavailable, or linked to unrelated people. You must review the source pages and use independent judgment. Do not make a high-stakes decision based only on a Find The Fakes result. If you believe fraud or immediate danger is involved, contact your financial institution or local authorities.

Payments and refunds

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, repair, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, law, provider changes, or operation of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
